DECISION
Having considered the application and relevant documentation, and being satisfied that the application falls within the ambit of Section 19(3)(b) of Act 34 of 1995; and being satisfied that the requirements set out in Section 20(1) of the above Act have been met;
AMNESTY IS GRANTED: to the above applicant in respect of the contravention of Section 2(2)(b) and Section 2(1)(g) read with Section 1 of the Civil Aviation Act, 10 of 1972 at East London on the 8th October 1989 and in respect of which he was sentenced in the Regional Court at East London under case number SH2/229/89 and any other offences or omissions flowing from the aforementioned contravention.
