GRANTED: on the 21st October 1998 to the abovenamed applicant in respect of the attempted murder of four persons including

1. Lucky Mbuyazi

2. Ben Mlambo

3. Ntsakanipho Mathenjwa

and the illegal possession of a handgrenade on 26th August 1992 at Esikhawini, KwaZulu Natal.
