The applicant, PETER RICHARD HATHORN, is GRANTED amnesty in terms of Act No. 34 of 1995 for the crime of refusing to undergo military training in contravention of article 126 A (1) (b) of Act 26 of 1957, committed by him in or about January 1983 as a member of the End Conscription Campaign and on its behalf.
