DECISION

The applicant, Makanda Aaron Ndwalane, is GRANTED amnesty in terms of Act no. 34 of 1995 for the crime of being in unlawful possession of firearms and ammunition in contravention of sections 2 and 3 read with sections 1, 39 and 40 of Act 75 of 1969 committed by him in or about the period of the 4^th to the 7^th of July 1992 as a member of the Inkatha Freedom Party and on its behalf.
