I would like to know what caused my wife’s death. I would like to know who was responsible for her death. I was never informed about these things and I have never received a death certificate. I want to know what happened to the inquest. // Willem de Klerk knows that the man who killed his wife also died in the bank, but he wants to know who else was involved. // I would just like to say that everybody that was part of this everybody who took part in the planning should come forward and say, this is what I did and I am sorry about this.
