In parliament it was stressed that the only counter strategy against the total onslaught with any hope of success is also a total strategy. Total resistance must be offered. Fragmentary and ad hoc efforts in any sphere would be futile and pointless. The onslaught must be resisted on a national basis in all spheres, by all national groups and inhabitants of the South African subcontinent.
