It is very hard and very sad and people feel guilty that they were not aware or that they didn’t do anything at the time and so it brings that back. But if we’re going to bring back people’s pain then I think those of us who didn’t suffer like that should be prepared to face just the pain of having been around at the time and not being able to prevent it.
