An IFP supporter who was shot and injured by unidentified persons on 8 September 1992 in Murchison, near Port Shepstone, Natal, in continuing conflict between IFP and ANC supporters in the area. Mr Cebisa and others were on their way to an IFP self-defence training camp when they were attacked.
