Was beaten to death in Khutsong, Carletonville, Transvaal, in June 1990 following a split in the ANC- aligned Khutsong Youth Congress (KYC). The KYC split into two opposing factions, the ‘Gadaffis’ and the ‘Zim-zims’. The split led to a number of deaths in the area.
