Mr Mbuleni was one of twenty people killed and twenty six injured during violence following the funeral of Sam Ntuli, general secretary of the Civic Association of the Southern Transvaal who was assassinated in Tokoza, Transvaal, on 29 September 1991. Mr Mbuso and four `comrades` fled from KwaNdebele to avoid being arrested. Two weeks later his parents were notified of his death.
