Nine Western Transvaal Security Branch operatives were granted amnesty (AC/1999/0274 and AC/1999/0029). | References | MOATSHE, Jacob Peter | 25 | A UDF supporter who was injured and lost his home and belongings in a petrol bomb attack by members of the Security Branch while he and his family were asleep in Oukasie, Brits, Tvl, on 28 May 1986. Mr Moatshe reports that his wife was killed in the attack.
