He was detained at a police station in Durban for four hundred days, allegedly because of his political activities. | References | | MAHASA, Matsidiso Jane | 21 | An ANC supporter who was killed when she was run over, allegedly deliberately, by a police vehicle in Thabong, Welkom, Orange Free State (OFS), on 11 February 1990. The group was celebrating Nelson Mandela`s release from prison. Four other ANC supporters were killed by the vehicle, which ploughed into the crowd.
