Was reported to the Commission as having disappeared from his home in Dennilton, KwaNdebele, in 1976. The Commission established that Mr Malope joined MK and operated under the name of `Joseph ""Makero"" Masimini`. In 1984, he was executed by firing squad in Angola in 1984 on the orders of an ANC military tribunal, following a mutiny in the Pango camp. See ANC camps.
