An ANC supporter who had his house burnt down by IFP supporters in Maqongqo, Table Mountain, near Pietermaritzburg, in 1991, allegedly because he was associated with CONTRALESA Chief Mhlabunzima Maphumulo. Chief Maphumulo had died in a targeted killing on 25 February 1991.
