A civilian who was assaulted and severely ill-treated during an attack on a farmer at Stormberg, Verkeerdevlei, Orange Free State (OFS), on 12 February 1992. The farmer was killed in the attack. Four APLA members were granted amnesty (AC/1999/0297). See APLA attacks.
