Description
Was beaten and forced to flee Crossroads, Cape Town, after several of his colleagues were killed in 1983 by members of an opposing committee. He lost his home in an arson attack in KTC in June 1986, during the mass destruction of UDF-supporting squatter camps by Witdoeke vigilantes, acting with the tacit approval and aid of the security forces.
