Was injured when AWB members detonated a pipe bomb at a taxi rank on the corner of Third and Park Streets in Randfontein, Tvl, on 25 April 1994, in an effort to disrupt the electoral process. Six people were injured in the blast. Six AWB members were granted amnesty (AC/1999/0342). See right-wing attacks.
