Was shot in the abdomen and spinal cord at a night vigil in Alexandra, Johannesburg, on 6 August 1992. The victim alleges that she and other mourners were standing in the street when an army Hippo stopped nearby and members of the SAP approached and opened fire. Two people were killed and 16 injured.
