A civilian who was traumatised when the vehicle in which she was a passenger was hijacked at gunpoint by APLA operatives in Herschel, near Lady Grey, OFS, on 19 November 1992. See APLA attacks. Two APLA members were granted amnesty (AC/2001/134).
