Description
An ANC member who was beaten in detention in 1960 in Bizana, Transkei, by members of the SAP. He was arrested for his involvement in Nonqulwana meetings during the Pondoland revolt. Upon his release, Mr Nomtwana was severely mentally affected. See Pondoland revolt.
