Description
An MK operative who was shot dead when he was led into an ambush by Vlakplaas operatives near the Swaziland border in Piet Retief, Tvl, on 12 June 1988. Three other MK operatives were killed in the attack and a fourth was killed on the other side of the border. Their family members were notified and flown to Piet Retief to identify the bodies.
