Was shot by named members of the SAP in Phiritona, Heilbron, OFS, on 22 July 1992. Police opened fire to disperse a crowd of protesters gathered in the street. Mr Tsetsei had not been part of the gathering and was shot in his own yard. He died from his injuries.
