Was shot dead by members of the Balaclava group allegedly linked to the Lingelethu West Town Council on 16 December 1991 in Khayelitsha, Cape Town. The attack was aimed at a local ANC Women’s League activist and left three people dead, three wounded and 40 houses burnt.
