Casspir

Was severely beaten by members of the Bophuthatswana Defence Force in Leeuwfontein, near Zeerust, Tvl, on 1 July 1989. There was unrest in the area after residents set a Casspir on fire and nine Bophuthatswana Police force members died.

Was shot dead by members of the SADF in Mofolo North, Soweto, Johannesburg, on 17 February 1988 during the state of emergency. The soldiers chased him in a Casspir, broke down a door in his home and shot him.
