MABUNDA, Ken

Was killed in a hand grenade attack by foreign soldiers working under the auspices of the SADF in a packed shebeen in Lulekani, Gazankulu, on 28 March 1986. Many died in the attack, and several people were injured. See Gazankulu hand grenade attack.
