In one of the swiftest findings of the Amnesty Committee convicted IFP murderer Msizi Jethro Hlophe, who appeared in front of the Committee on Monday, was granted amnesty before the week was out. The amnesty judgement stated that Hlophe’s offences against members of the UDF ‘were committed against a background of political conflict and violence.’
