Was killed when a pipe bomb planted by members of the AWB exploded on 25 April 1994 at a taxi rank on the corner of Blood Street and Seventh Avenue in Pretoria. Three people were killed and four injured in the blast. Six perpetrators were granted amnesty (AC/1999/0342). See right-wing attacks.
