Description
An MK operative who was detained under section 29 in August 1987, held for several months and severely tortured by named Cape Security Branch members in Cape Town. He was later charged with terrorism and sentenced to twelve years in prison. One Security Branch operative was granted amnesty for the torture (AC/1999/0027).
