Description An ANC member who was shot by named IFP supporters when the car in which he and two other ANC officials were travelling was ambushed near Ixopo, Natal, on 27 October 1992. He was part of an ANC delegation attempting to broker peace with the IFP. He was not injured, but an ANC Midlands Exective Committee member was shot dead in the ambush.
