Thirty people were killed and two hundred people were injured in what became known as the Bisho massacre. Two members of the former CDF were refused amnesty for the shooting (AC/2000/122). | References | KHUNONG, Billy Boy | 23 | A member of the Eagles Club who was severely beaten when ANC supporters attacked him and five other ‘Eagles Club’ members in Qhoweng, Reddersburg, Orange Free State (OFS) in 1989, allegedly because of their involvement with the club. | References | KHUNOU, Abram Reuben | 31 | Was shot and severely injured by members of the SAP in Munsieville, near Krugersdorp, Transvaal, on 6 January 1986 during a bus boycott. | References | KHUPANE, Paul Santu Chopper | 31 | His leg was amputated after he was shot by members of the IFP-aligned Khetisi Kheswa gang members in Sebokeng, Transvaal, on 12 January 1991 at a night vigil for Christopher Nangelembe, an ANCYL member killed by the gang. Gang members threw hand grenades and fired at mourners, killing a number of people and injuring several others. This took place after a police vehicle had been stoned. | References | KHUSI, Ntombi | 66 | An ANC supporter whose house was burnt down by IFP supporters in Mvutshini, near Port Shepstone, Natal, on 22 March 1994, in the run-up to the April 1994 elections. | References | KHUSI, Sithembiso | 13 | Was shot dead by IFP supporters in an attack on his neighbour’s house in Mvutshini, near Port Shepstone, Natal, on 22 March 1994. The neighbour was also killed and his home burnt down because the family was believed to support the ANC. | References | KHUSWAYO, Phumulani | 3 | Was killed by UDF supporters who attacked mourners at a night vigil in Cottonlands, Verulam, Natal, on 12 January 1990. Thirteen people (including nine children) were killed in the attack.
