Was shot dead on 2 August 1992 when men wearing balaclavas and armed with KwaZulu Police pump-action shotguns attacked several homes in Esikhawini, KwaZulu, near Empangeni, Natal. At least eleven people, including this little girl’s mother, were killed and three injured in the attack, which was thought to have been the work of the Esikhawini hit squad.
