Description A returned ANC exile who died of poisoning on 12 August 1991 in Ezakheni, KwaZulu, near Ladysmith, Natal. Members of the local Security Branch allegedly administered the poison because of Mr Madonsela`s political affiliation and his refusal to work for the police.
