Description Was shot and stabbed in Boipatong, Vanderbijlpark, Transvaal, on 17 June 1992 and died the next day. His wife and four-year-old daughter were also killed in the Boipatong massacre. The attack was carried out by IFP-supporting residents of the KwaMadala hostel, allegedly aided by the police.
