A UDF supporter who was shot and injured by members of the SADF and the SAP on 20 May 1986 at KwaNomzamo, Humansdorp, Cape, while he was attending a meeting to demand the removal of Black Local Authority councillors. The next day, he was arrested and detained for 14 days.
