MKHALIPHI, Theophillus
Age
Description An ANC and SACP member who disappeared from Johannesburg, after the banning of the liberation movements in 1960 and was presumed to have joined the ANC in exile. His wife was left to fend for herself and their children, and they were constantly harassed by members of the Security Branch during his absence. It was later found that Mr Mkhaliphi was killed in the Wankie campaign in Zimbabwe during 1967.
