An MK operative who survived an attempt on his life when SADF Special Forces attacked a house near the Ramotswe River in Botswana on 31 December 1986/1 January 1987. One woman was killed and other unidentified persons were injured in the attack. Five Western Transvaal Security Branch operatives were granted amnesty for their role in providing information (AC/2001/191).
