An ANC supporter who sustained head injuries while trying to escape from unidentified attackers during ongoing conflict between ANC and IFP supporters at Port Shepstone, Natal, on 7 May 1991. Between February and May 1991 65 people were killed and 2000 families displaced from their homes in political violence in the area.
