A local councillor whokilled by a vigilante group on 10 June 1990 in Oukasie, Brits, Tvl, during resistance to forced removals and the incorporation of Oukasie into Bophuthatswana. Members of the vigilante group were due to appear in court on a murder charge and Mr Molokoane was a key witness. All but one of the suspects were subsequently acquitted.
