Description
A NUMSA member who was repeatedly assaulted by named members of the Ciskei Police in Mdantsane police station, Ciskei, in August 1985. He was detained and released after seven days. He was also charged with public violence and detained at Zone 12 police station for 16 weeks, during which he was tortured and denied medical attention.
