An ANC supporter who was kicked and assaulted with sjamboks by members of the SAP at a policeman’s house in Khayelitsha, Stutterheim, Cape, in June 1987, allegedly because he had attended a night vigil of a ‘comrade’ who had been shot dead by the SAP.
