Was tortured, intimidated and detained several times, by members of the SAP and SADF, in 1976 in Mhluzi, Middelburg, Transvaal . Mr Nkabinde was the principal of a primary school and he was accused of inciting students to fight the government and assisting ‘terrorists’.
