Description
Was shot dead in Boipatong, Vanderbijlpark, Transvaal, in the Boipatong massacre of 17 June 1992. Forty-five people died and twenty seven others were seriously injured when IFP-supporting residents of the KwaMadala hostel descended on the Boipatong community. The attack was allegedly planned and carried out with the aid of the police.
