An ANC supporter who was shot in the leg and injured by members of the SAP in Dube, Soweto, Johannesburg, in 1977 during conflict in the wake of the Soweto uprising. In 1988 he was again harassed, detained and beaten by the same policemen who claimed he was involved in making petrol bombs and the bombing of his neighbour’s house.
