Was shot dead, allegedly by a named member of the SAP, in Khutsong, Carletonville, Transvaal, on 19 September 1989. Mr Radebe, a ‘Gadaffi’ supporter, was singing freedom songs with other supporters at the time. The perpetrator was reportedly suspended after an investigation into police violence in the area.
