A Huhudi Youth Organisation activist and union organiser who was detained on five occasions in 1985, 1986, 1987 and 1988 in Huhudi, Vryburg, Cape. During each detention he was repeatedly severely tortured and beaten by named policemen at the police station, Security Branch offices, a farmhouse and in an isolated rural site known as Die Lang Boom
