Was shot dead by a member of the SAP during investigations into the activities of the Three Million gang in Kroonstad, OFS, on 15 June 1990. Mr Ramphalile, a suspect in a farm killing during the PAC’s Operation Great Storm, was in custody at the time of the shooting. The SAP member was granted amnesty for the killing (AC/1999/0299).
