Description A People’s Congress supporter who was severely beaten, allegedly by supporters of Chief Matlala, in GaMatlala, Lebowa, on 2 February 1980 because Mr Rathokolo resisted Lebowa’sproposed independence from South Africa. He died the next day as a result of his injuries.
