A civilian who was shot execution-style by APLA operatives who opened fire with automatic weapons on the vehicle in which he was travelling between Herschel and Lady Grey, OFS, on 19 November 1992. Three people were killed and five injured in the ambush. See APLA attacks. Two APLA members were granted amnesty (AC/2001/134)
