Was shot dead by a named perpetrator on 6 March 1981 in Ellisras, Transvaal , during violent conflict between two brothers over the chieftainship in which one brother petrol-bombed the other’s house, and was then shot dead by his brother. The villagers then split into two groups and attacked each other by burning houses.
