Description
Was repeatedly tortured by named members of the SAP at Pretoria Maximum Prison where he spent two years in solitary confinement from April 1986. He was convicted of murder and illegal possession of arms and ammunition and sentenced to death. His sentence was later set aside on appeal. On his release from Pretoria Maximum prison he appeared to be mentally disturbed because of the torture he had endured in prison.
